Visually and musically they are startlingly accurate – using vintage equipment to faithfully recreate that unmistakable 80s sound.  There’s even DIY fanzines and pin badges to complete the authentic fan experience and period vibe!

As the name suggests, many of the song versions are taken from the multi platinum selling double live album Alchemy Live – generally recognised to be one of the best live albums ever recorded.

Elton Joel and the Rocket Men took the roof off the Theatre at a sold out show in May, ending the night with a standing ovation. Expect more of the same tonight as we bring Joel and the boys back by popular demand.

The Southmartins bring their high energy, feelgood, hit-packed Caravan of Love back to the Boro for Christmas 2024!

The clue’s in the name of course. This is an inspired mash-up of two of the 80s/90s’ most iconic, all-round joyous (and lyrically mischievous) pop acts – the Beautiful South and the Housemartins.

The line-up is completed by Eddie Clark as bassist Cliff Williams and Paul Alwin combining the groove of Phil Rudd and thunderous energy of Chris Slade on drums.
